Chicken enchiladas

This recipe originated in a Sunset magazine several years ago all though I have made some adititions. Don't remember how I learned to make this flatbread. Used a rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese & chives. Sauce made with large onion of your choice chopped medium to fine, 6 cloves garlic minced, 2 to 3 chilies ( I used 2 large Anaheim & 1 poblano) charred peeled & chopped & chicken stock. I cook to reduce then usually mix in 4 oz. cream cheese cook on low till blended.
